Q. Where is the new ASC Signal corporate headquarters located?
A. The new corporate headquarters for ASC Signal is located in Garner, North Carolina, U.S.A.—approximately 10 miles from downtown Raleigh and 25 miles from the Raleigh-Durham airport.

Q. In the transition from Andrew Corporation to ASC Signal will I be seeing any major changes?
A. We do not anticipate that there will be any major changes in the way that you are currently doing business with us. You should expect that for the most part it will be business as usual for the foreseeable future.
