Q. Is there a different price schedule for ASC Signal products?
A. Prices will remain the same for the immediate future during the transition from Andrew Corporation to ASC Signal Corporation. However, pricing is always subject to change without notice based on certain economic conditions in the marketplace. Your Sales and Customer Care Representatives will contact you immediately should anything change concerning the price schedule, terms and conditions of your account.
Q. I still owe Andrew Corporation an outstanding balance on an invoice. Who should the payment be submitted to?
A. For invoices generated by Andrew Corporation, follow the normal procedure. Please submit payment to Andrew as you have always done. The payment address is located on the original invoice. For invoices that are generated by ASC Signal, please submit payment to the address indicated on the ASC Signal invoice.
Q. Who is my assigned sales person–will it change from before?
A. On day one of the transition, your SatCom sales representative and customer care representative should remain the same as you currently have with Andrew. In the future, there may be some isolated changes due to the transition of personnel, however you will be notified immediately of any changes that are expected to occur.
