Q. Where will ASC Signal products be manufactured?
A. For the immediate future, all ASC Signal products will continue to be manufactured at the same locations as they previously were as Andrew Corporation.

Q. Will ASC Signal use similar manufacturing and testing processes that were used at Andrew?
A. Yes. ASC Signal will utilize many of the same manufacturing and testing processes. Lean manufacturing, six sigma and continuous quality improvement are operational goals that our company will continue to adopt in order to provide our customers with a quality product at a fair price.

Q. Why does ASC Signal require all international shipments be designated as "Ex-Works"?
A. We currently do not possess the necessary infrastructure to perform this value-added service right now. However, there are numerous freight forwarders available who have the necessary expertise and capabilities in this area as their core business and can perform this function in a more cost-effective, and efficient manner.
