Resilience Capital Partners announces the sale of ASC Signal Corporation’s
DTH, VSAT and Skyware business units

Cleveland, OH – June 5, 2009 – Resilience Capital Partners has completed the sale of certain assets of its portfolio company, ASC Signal Corporation, to Raven Industries, a portfolio company of The Edgewater Funds and Granahan McCourt Capital. The Direct-to-Home (DTH), Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) and Skyware Radio Systems business units comprised the transaction.  These business units include manufacturing operations in North Carolina and engineering offices in England, Scotland and Germany.

ASC is a leading global manufacturer serving government, military, broadcast and enterprise satellite communication applications. This non-core asset divestiture was a long-term strategic goal and further positions ASC for continued growth. ASC was acquired by Resilience in January 2008 from Andrew Corporation, currently a CommScope, Inc. subsidiary.
